1. sleep. yes sleeps cure almost everything.
2. read al-quran, really helps.
3. if critical sgt, cried in the bathroom. define critical? my biggest problem in the wide world macam when my cat yang sayang sgt2 mati or when i did not study hard when i suppose to do so or when i let down someone or hurt someone's feeling or when i feel no one to hold on to when i deadly need one or when i couldn't find my biggest comfort or yadayada ok saya memang suke digress dan bebel.
4. confess and confide with close friend or mostly my family. preferably the opposite gender.
5. being all alone.

1. Sleep. too happy sampai xtaw nak buat ape. tido je laa.
